This Machine has Advanced Techniques and Software with Programmable HMI Touch Screen LCD Controls Increasing the Productivity, Sample Consistency and Operator Comfort. This Preparation System is Suitable for All Applications such as Grinding, Lapping and Polishing to Prepare High Volumes of Metallographic, Ceramic and Mineralogical Specimens with Consistent Reproducible Quality.

This Grinder and Polisher has Two Discs with Variable Speed Range Between 50 and 500 rpm. One Disc can be Used for Grinding while the Other Disc can be Used for Polishing. This Machine is Ideal for Labs which have a Wide Variety of Samples to Process.

This Machine is Highly Durable. The Drive Elements are fixed on Heavy Duty Steel Structure Body. The Wheels are Mounted on Ball Bearings Allowing the Application of High Pressures to Prepare Even Large Specimens. Ball Bearings Provide Quiet and Vibration Free Operation. Water Inlet and Flexible Water Outlets with Control Valves for Wet Grinding are Standard Features.
